International Luncheons

International Luncheon 2017

Here at the YWCA, we value culture and diversity. On August 9th 2017, Creekside Apartments hosted the 2017 International Luncheon, where we were able to celebrate different cultures as one. Participants from all over the world, including USA, India, Mexico, Egypt, Morroco, and Colombia brought their best dishes for all guests to enjoy, followed by a discussion led by the Peace Center; topics including what it means to be a good neighbor, and cultural differences. This was a great event to bring all cultures together, celebrate together, and learn about each other. Special thanks to the Peace Center for allowing us to partner with them for this event!
